1. When Should I Activate My eSIM?

Activate Upon Arrival:

  • Your eSIM should be activated once you arrive at your destination. This ensures immediate connectivity without any hassle.

Download Beforehand:

  • It's important to download your eSIM before you leave for your trip. This way, it's ready to be activated as soon as you arrive.

2. Can I Use SIM and eSIM at the Same Time?

Yes, you can use both a physical SIM and an eSIM simultaneously on a compatible device. This allows you to have two different phone numbers or data plans active on the same phone depending on your needs.

3. How Many Devices Can My eSIM Be Applied To?

An eSIM can be installed on only one device at a time. And at the moment, it cannot be transferred to another device.

4. Can I Share eSIM Data with Other Devices?

Yes, you can share your eSIM data with other devices through a hotspot or tethering.

For iOS Users:

  • Go to Settings > Cellular.
  • Tap 'Personal Hotspot' and toggle it on.
  • Connect other devices using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or a USB cable.

For Android Users:

  • Open Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering.
  • Tap on 'Wi-Fi hotspot' and toggle it on.
  • Connect other devices to the hotspot with the provided credentials.

5. What Happens If I Delete My eSIM?

Avoid Deletion:

  • Once deleted, an eSIM cannot be added back again by yourself.
