Device check
Brand → model → SIM lock: three quick steps, about 30 seconds, to see whether your phone supports eSIM.
STEP 1 / Brand
STEP 2 / Choose your model
We couldn't find it in the list.
STEP 3 / SIM lock status
* You can still get a result if you choose "Not sure". We'll show you how to check under Settings > General > About.
Answer the three steps and your result will appear here.
You can use a DeSiM eSIM as is.
Before you start
- Install the eSIM on Wi-Fi before you leave
- The QR code can only be scanned once (ask us on LINE if you need it reissued)
- After you arrive, turn on Data Roaming and it connects automatically
- Tethering works without changing any settings
On iPhone, check "Carrier Lock" under Settings > General > About (if nothing is shown, your phone is SIM-free). For Android, please ask the manufacturer or the store where you bought it (such as a carrier shop).
Please note
- Your phone may need to be SIM-unlocked before you can use it.
- Compatibility varies by carrier model, so please check with your carrier for details.
If your model isn't listed or the result says "Needs checking"
Some models differ in compatibility depending on the carrier production batch. Because compatibility varies by carrier model, please check with your carrier for details.
