Having trouble connecting?
No signal bars / stuck on "No Service"
Try turning Airplane Mode on and off, and restart your phone. If that doesn't help, check that Data Roaming is turned on.
Can't scan the QR code / an error appears
An eSIM can be activated on one device only. Your iPhone may show "Unable to activate", but you don't need to worry about this message. Activation may already be complete, so check whether the eSIM has been added under Settings → Cellular. If you can't find it, please contact support. Note that an installed eSIM can't be moved to another device or added to a second device, so make sure you scan it on the right phone.
The connection feels slow
Speeds vary with local carrier signal and network congestion. Try restarting your phone first.
You can also go to Settings > Cellular > eSIM > Network Selection, turn off Automatic, and choose an available network.
If it doesn't improve, contact us on LINE.
How do I check if my phone is SIM-locked?
On iPhone, check "Carrier Lock" under Settings > General > About. For Android, please ask the manufacturer or the store where you bought it (such as a carrier shop). You can also check with our Device check tool.
